My guest for The Happy Hour #312 is Pastor Mike Todd. Mike Todd is the lead pastor of Transformation Church in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Pastor Mike and his wife, Natalie, have been married since 2010 and live in Tulsa along with their three beautiful children: Isabella, Michael Jr., and Ava, affectionately known as “The Todd Squad”. Pastor Mike is also the author of the book Relationship Goals, which ended up becoming a New York Times bestseller. His driving passion is representing God to the lost and found for transformation in Christ.

Friends, Pastor Mike is the real deal and I could not be more excited that he is joining us on the podcast today. In this episode, we talk about finding the pace of grace, being faithful stewards of what God has given us, and the story of how Mike went from being the sound guy to the lead pastor at Transformation Church. Pastor Mike also opens up about being transparent in our struggles in order to find healing in Christ and community, more specifically within the topic of pornography. He talks about how people often view pastors as being inhuman, but we need to be aware that all have sinned and fall short of the Glory of God, and in order to be transformed, we need to be transparent. I love when he says, “Honesty is telling the truth when somebody asks you. Transparency is offering up your truth.” It’s scary to think about how we might be perceived, but Pastor Mike reminds us that our freedom is so much more valuable than the opinions of others.
