Hardwired with Jeff Wickwire

Do you know that you’ve been chosen by God? Do you know that He has always had you on His heart and wants to transform you from the inside out? In today’s message, Pastor Jeff wants you to know that beyond the confines of this world, God is inviting you to become an integral part of His eternal kingdom. Regardless of life's uncertainties, you are chosen by God to dwell with Him in Heaven. Stake your identity in the truths of God and turn to someone who will never let you down.

Part of the miracle of Jesus’ nature is that He has lived a fully human life, but was able to endure temptation, rejection, and pain while being completely sinless, free from its crimson stain. Pastor Jeff reminds you today that there is no other high priest who can intervene on your behalf quite like Jesus can, and no other high priest can understand your pain and struggles like Him. Bring all of your cares and burdens to the feet of Jesus; He came to this world to help you carry the load.

The Holy Spirit has always been around from the beginning of time, working and intervening behind the scenes for the sake of God’s people. Pastor Jeff teaches you today that the Holy Spirit was involved in the immaculate conception, in forming a child that was both fully human and fully God. The birth of Jesus is a miracle that eclipses every single act of God that preceded it because it required God to humble Himself and take on a form less glorious than what He has always been.

When you’re going through a challenging period in your life, it can be tough to find your footing, just like it’s tough to stay on a boat in stormy conditions. But Pastor Jeff wants you to be reassured today that there is an anchor for your soul, and that is the presence of Jesus Christ within you. When the world around you is filled with uncertainty over what is coming in the future, you can be an example of the holy peace of Jesus by continuing to do His good work on Earth, regardless of the circumstances.

Have you ever bought a product because it advertises a lifetime guarantee? These products are made to stand the test of time, and not degrade with the passage of time. Well, Pastor Jeff teaches you today that God’s promise of salvation carries a lifetime guarantee of its own! As long as you follow the commandments of Jesus, you can be assured that you will live an eternal life in Heaven, in the presence of God. The Lord’s promises never come back void, He is always true to His Word.

Jewish prophets had been prophesying about the coming Messiah for centuries before the birth of Jesus. However, the Jewish scholars and leaders of the time were looking for a conquering King to be their Saviour, not for a humble child born in a barn. Pastor Jeff teaches you today that our Lord did not come to conquer and overthrow the kingdoms of Earth, but instead He came among the people, born humbly like a child, but He used His power to overcome sin, death, and Satan himself!

Amidst the rhythm of daily life, do you ever underestimate the significance of the cross? Do you ever let it slip into your lower priorities? In today’s message, Pastor Jeff wants you to know that you must never take the cross for granted. As Christians, we’re nothing without the saving blood of Jesus on the cross. It’s not just something to wear around your neck, but instead should be a powerful reminder of who you are through Christ. Regardless of the challenges you encounter, always stand by the cross

In this dance of life, it's crucial to know what will truly transform your life. We’re always searching for positive progress, what happens when we hit a bump on the road? In today’s message, Pastor Jeff wants you to know that the world’s wisdom will only serve to tear you down and the only way to overcome is by way of God’s grace. You need to navigate life with God’s wisdom and discernment, knowing that even things that don’t seem too bad, will add to your baggage over time. Let God be your champion.

The Christmas story is one that you hear all too much this time of year, and for good reason! The birth of Christ is a message of hope for the hopeless, and salvation for those trapped in the bondage of sin. Pastor Jeff wants you to know that Jesus’ time on Earth is the most important chapter of human history because it paved the way for you to be able to be reunited with God. When you spend time celebrating the holidays with family and loved ones, remember the One who deserves all the praise.

The story of Elijah and Elisha has everything to do with the passing of the mantle. Elijah wasn’t yet finished with his ministry, but the time had come to commission his successor. Pastor Jeff says today that when God tells you it’s time to begin passing on the work you have been doing for the Kingdom, that doesn’t mean you’re no longer useful or needed. What it does mean is that you have the opportunity to raise someone up, and help them do greater things than you could have on your own.
