Hardwired with Jeff Wickwire

Your plans will never surpass God's plans. The wisdom found in aligning your aspirations with God’s purpose will always be greater than you could ever fathom. Today, Pastor Jeff wants you to know that no matter how well-conceived your plans may be, they will never outshine God’s divine purpose for your life. Regardless of life's twists and turns, God's plans will exceed your wildest expectations and always serve to deliver you from your suffering. Let your journey unfold with God by your side.

Consider the transformative truth that, irrespective of the depth of your past mistakes, you know that God desires to redeem you from the weight of your sins. Do you know that no matter what you’ve done, God has a place prepared for you in Heaven? In today’s message, Pastor Jeff wants you to know that God extends overwhelming love and grace for a heart seeking repentance. Despite the hiccups of your past, God's desire is to free you from the shackles that are holding you back.

Have you ever watched an experienced potter at work? They start with a lump of wet clay, but within mere moments the clay begins to take on a new, beautiful shape. The clay has no idea what shape it is going to become when it is thrown on the wheel. Pastor Jeff tells you today that God is the master craftsman over your life. When you don’t know what life has in store for you, just remember that God is using the experiences you are having right now to prepare you for the challenges that are coming up ahead.

Look at the most powerful people in the world today. Many of them came from rich or well-connected families, receiving opportunities not available to most of their peers. Elijah didn’t come from a wealthy background, or from a well-known family. Pastor Jeff tells you today that he was just a nobody from nowhere, but when God called him to action, Elijah said “Yes”. If you want to be successful in God’s eyes, it doesn’t matter what you have or who you know, all that matters is your obedience to Him.

If you got to pick four people to include on a new Mount Rushmore, who would you choose? Some people might choose a musician or actor they like, while others may pick an author or a speaker who got them through a tough time. Well, Pastor Jeff teaches you today how God chose three heroes of the Old Testament to visit Jesus at the Transfiguration, and that one of those heroes was the prophet Elijah. His faithfulness to the things of God made him an important figurehead of the faith.

Have you ever had to keep a secret, and it just made you feel heavy? It can make your entire life feel more slow and weighed down. Well, Pastor Jeff teaches you today that seeking the answers to the end times can also be a heavy burden to bear. Even the prophet Daniel, who had spent his entire life serving the Lord, didn’t need to know all of the intricacies of the End Times. The Lord may not reveal the whole roadmap to you, but you can still trust that He will get you where you need to go.

The Bible teaches about two witnesses who will testify to the power of God, and the truth of the Gospel, in the city of Jerusalem during the last days, and yet it also teaches that these men will be struck down and the world will cheer for it. Can you even imagine that happening right now? Pastor Jeff gives you this example to show how depraved the world has yet to become, how much evil will reign during the End Times. And yet, hope will return as these men are raised back to life by the Lord.

In your faith journey, do you acknowledge the saving blood of Jesus? Do you let its magnificence shine through your life? Or does it get lost in the riff-raff? In today’s message, Pastor Jeff wants you to know that the blood of Jesus stands as the only way to redeem you from your mistakes. No matter what gets thrown your way, the saving blood of Jesus is a reminder of His unwavering love and commitment to you. Don’t squander what you have and store up treasures in Heaven by sharing His Gospel.

When you’re at your wit’s end and you’re about to turn back to the sin that enslaved you, what do you do? If you’re disconnected from God and out of options, what’s stopping you? Today in his message, Pastor Jeff wants you to know that if you want to be the person you are through Jesus, you need to surround yourself with Godly influences. It’s not enough to have positive or supportive influences that are of the world. Grow in your spirituality and put sin’s deadly wake in the rearview mirror.

Antiochus Epiphanies was a cruel ruler whose rise to power was prophesied in today’s passage, in Daniel chapter 11. Pastor Jeff uses the example of this prophecy coming true to show that even though Biblical prophecy may tell of difficult times ahead for humanity, such as the rise of the Antichrist, God is always in control. He sees the end and the beginning all at the same time, and He will not let evil reign unchallenged for long. The time is coming that Jesus will return and put all evil rulers in their place.
