He is no stronger to the show. I have the wonderful Sensei Dave Armstrong back with me today!
For those of you who don't know, Dave has an incredible story of his own.
After the tragic loss of his mother, Dave ended up in foster care and a youth correction facility at the tender age of 13!
He later went on and served with the US Air Force for 24 years, trained as a martial arts Sensei and now mentors youths across the globe through his unlimited potential academy.
So you can see why I am so inspired by him. In this week's episode, Dave and I talk about failure and what it feels like to fail. This is something which I often hear about from adults and children so we explore this topic whilst sharing our own experiences.
So what do you say, shall we dive right in?!

If you are a parent who is raising a child with ADHD then this one is for you! ♥️
Parenting is difficult at the best of times but throw a neurological diagnosis in to the mix and it's a completely different ball game!
No one can really understand what a parent is going through unless they have been through it themselves.
In this episode I speak to Angela of Angela Jane Coaching who shares her experience of raising a child with ADHD.

Co-parenting after a divorce or separation is not likely to be easy but that doesn't mean it's impossible!
At the end of the day whilst you may have decided to go your separate ways, one thing remains constant - your love for your child!
This week I have the pleasure of talking to my dear friend, author and coach Angela Jane from Angela Jane Coaching.
Angela went on holiday with her husband to his homeland when he suddenly announced that their marriage was over! It was from here that her nightmare began. Angela fought for custody of her 8 month old son, thousands of miles away from home. Here she shares her raw account of this experience and how she found the courage to fight for her son.
Forgiveness and healing are at the core of where she stands today.
As we speak, I see before me a strong, resilient woman who has healed and found her inner peace. Today, she is back home, co-parenting with her ex husband and raising a beautiful boy!
You may want to grab a cup of tea for this one....
So what do you say, shall we dive right in?!

Fitness helps to produce the “feel good” hormone in our brain and let’s face it, we can all do with a bit of that!
Everyone can benefit from exercising but mums, well I think we need it most! 😄
Some of us want to workout so we can wear our old jeans again. Whereas some of us want to workout for our sanity..haha
Whatever the reason, getting active is great for our body and mind.
This week I am talking to the lovely Fiona Chaillier who is the founder of Fitter Mother. Fiona shares the importance of staying fit and healthy and the impact that has on parenting.
So what do you say, shall we dive right in?!

"Just because you're a stay at home parent, doesn't mean that your not worth it"!
In today’s episode of Harmony at home, I have an awesome conversation with my gorgeous friend and the host of -Mama Mindset podcast, Amy Cotheren.
Becoming a parent is life changing. Where once we only had ourselves to consider, we now have to consider the wellbeing of these tiny little humans. Sometimes we have to make decisions which are best for our children which could mean walking away from the things we desire.
Amy did just that! She left her dream job and swapped it for a life of a stay at home mum. Leaving a job, salary and recognition made her question her self worth and place in the world but not for long!
Find out more and enjoy some words of wisdom along the way.
So what do you say, shall we dive right in?!

So you can see why I am so inspired by him. I was curious to learn more about who Dave is as a father, and how he parents based on his experience of life.
