It’s Cervical Screening Awareness Week! Here is my story of receiving abnormal smears and getting treatment. It is also the reason that I teach Yoga for Women. Get your smear test booked in 😘 (P.s. Cold Coagulation was done under local anaesthetic and was completely painless! I wanted to add that, because I make it sound brutal but it wasn’t at all!)

Approaching the mid year mark has led me to reflect on what we couldn’t have known back in Midwinter. Lockdown has had it’s benefits, but can anything beat a good ol’ fashioned knees up?
