In week 3 of our series, "All My Friends", David talks with Montrell (Mo) Page about having a personal faith that last into adulthood.

From being adopted as a young child to growing up in a predominantly white town as a young black man, life has not always been easy for Mo. Through it all he has leaned on and grown in his faith. Through his time playing football at Georgetown College, instead of losing or walking away from his faith, Mo's faith has grown even deeper.

Mo challenges students to have a growing personal walk with Jesus and to stay focused on him as the pressures of the world attempt to derail our faith.

Josiah excelled as a baseball, basketball and football player for Boyle County High School where he was a 10x all area team selection, 2x Male Athlete of the year, football 2013 4a district 6 player of the year and a 2022 Boyle County Hall of Fame Inductee.

Josiah continued his career at the University of the Cumberlands where he threw for 4,869 yards and 48 touchdowns and holds basically every quarterback record for the Patriots.

In the midst of his great athletic accomplishments, Josiah is a person of deep faith. He talks to us about practical ways to keep our walk with Jesus the priority while navigating a world that so desperately wants to overtake our schedules.

After Jesus came back from the dead, he had an interesting interaction with two of his disciples. Not recognizing him, they walked along side him, talking with him and even hearing him recite scripture. It wasn't until he broke bread with them that they recognized it was Jesus.

What was it about when the bread broke that instantly Jesus was recognizable.

In the week of our series in the book of Zechariah, we look to the prophecy given in chapter 9. Some of this has been fulfilled in Christ but also, some has yet to be fulfilled.

God wants to give you victory in your life and that victory can be found in the "Now" through Jesus' finished work on the cross and in the "Not Yet" hoping and believing that Jesus will return to make things all right again.

In week 5 of our series, New, we explore Zechariah 7. Here a group of men ask if they should continue their fasting as they did while in captivity. Though he doesn't answer their question Zechariah calls them to consider their motivation for religious acts and together we consider what the heart behind our lives of faith is.

God want's to restore the brokenness in your life! His promise to restore his people to Zechariah was that he would rebuild the temple and he would send the promised Messiah (the Branch). God asks us only to obey him and trust him. This is our role in seeing the broken things in our lives made right!

In Week 3 of our series "New", we study a vision given to the prophet Zechariah in Zechariah 3. There he see's the High Priest Joshua, accused by Satan. In this moment we see Joshua's old dirty clothes removed and a him be given a new robe.

This symbolic vision tells of when Jesus would come to earth. In his life, death and resurrection, we have much more than just forgiveness of sins. Jesus has given us the power to walk free from shame and guilt and live our lives in restful, grace filled community with one another.

In week 2 of our series "New", Pastor David looks at God's invitation to us to live a life in his presence. Through Jesus, the work has been done all that is required of us is to turn to God (repent) and choose to worship him.

We hope this message challenges you and encourages you in your journey following Jesus.

In this message, Pastor David encourages us with a message entitled, "The Best is Yet to Come".

Zechariah prophesied to God's people, instructing them to lean into God and trust him for the future he had planned. He also reminded them to learn from the past but not dwell there.
