This week propels us towards the end of this movie and the final battle at the ministry. We discuss the dais and the veil in the Probably Unanswerable Question segment and lament that poor Neville’s bravery is excluded. However, we do geek out hard about the battle between Voldemort and Dumbledore. Chef’s kiss.

This week tromps us through the Forbidden Forest with a fed up Umbridge. We appreciate her meltdown but have feelings about how the centaurs look. The thestral flight, however, is beautiful. Listen as we lament the loss of seeing more rooms in the Department of Mysteries! (We are greedy. We know this.)

This week throws Harry around during a particularly intense Occlumency lesson with Snape. We see the Weasley twins’ spectacular exit from Hogwarts and talk about the beginning of the mission to save Sirius (discussed on a moving staircase, no less!)

Along with our guest, Bubbawheat, we try to unwrap the point of Grawp and why was Filch emptying the portraits? Also, who was Hagrid hiding from?? All these questions and more in this week’s episode as we near the end of Season 5!

This week swoops us out of the castle and over to Number 12, Grimmauld Place for Christmas with the Weasleys! We enjoy the feelings of togetherness but have questions about the Azkaban breakout. However, Bellatrix Lestrange is perfectly cast. Beautifully done. No notes.

This week pounds another educational decree into the walls of Hogwarts as we enjoy the chaos of Dumbledore’s Army lessons. No one ever needed to see Filch’s face explode but we are proud of the acting choices of several of the students (Go Ginny!)
