Along with our guest Brock, we visit the creaky Hog’s Head which we liken to a Wisconsin dive bar and have some probing questions about the Room of Requirement and its other possible uses.

This week swoops us over the beginning of the school year feast and up to a rather sparse head table. We are introduced to Umbridge’s BD energy and soon have a somewhat quiet but tense standoff in the Gryffindor common room. Join us for the most uncomfortable detention ever and a deep dive into where torture pens come from!

This week proceeds with the legal drama of one Harry James Potter and his witness for the defense, APWBD. (I am not spelling that out). We talk disturbing train happenings such as an unsettling Voldemort in a suit and why is Sirius only wearing a furry coat?! This along with a fuzzy Order of the Phoenix photo and we have just so much to go over…

This week we arrive at Number 12 Grimmauld Place complete with the mad mutterings of Mrs. Black. We get way too excited about the bread that Molly has on the table and debate whether Harry is too psyched to see Sirius but not angry enough with Ron and Hermione. However, we absolutely do agree that Arthur Weasley is a gem and must be protected at all costs.

This week blazes into a hot English summer and a dramatic dementor attack to kick off movie 5! We are thrilled to discuss emo Harry and our conspicuous departure from Little Whinging. A raucous discussion occurs about the fashion choices in this chunk and the age and depiction of Mrs. Figg.

It's the season ending bonus episode! We watched the deleted scenes together and discussed which ones to cut or keep. This week launches a Dark Mark into the sky that vomits out Death Eaters?! And we have so many more questions from there. Thankfully, we have our lovely guest, Paul Warren returning to the podcast to help us answer them. Listen in for mask screaming, creepy scar touching, and an indeterminable amount of Death Eaters in this graveyard.
