The "in-between" episode as we transition into a new set of crazy Season 2 storylines. Comic books, hidden ex-lovers, heart attacks, and industrial sabotage set this season on a crazy course. We watched "The Second Chance" - season 2 episode 11 - of The O.C.

Bad news. Baby, you're bad news. Alex and Marissa's relationship gets extra steamy by adding a bit of truancy and stealing, and we get some crazy new developments in Sandy's backstory. Also we read way too much into ten seconds of a Rilo Kiley song used in the episode.

Ex-Factor assemble! We are bombarded by ex's from every angle. Ryan tries to make his ex play nice with his current. Alex's ex shows up and is a... g-g-g-girl??? Scandal! We also got some great commentary at the end by loyal listeners Jessica and Eliza Jo.

In a bold move, The O.C. chooses to wrap up all of it's current storylines for the season... only 8 episodes into the season. All the drama you have been anticipating are solved neatly with 16 episodes still to go. Also we laugh at the word "tutor" a lot. We watched "The Power of Love", and we're still waiting for the Huey Lewis and the News song that inspired the name.

Jimmy is the worst. Just when we had learned to love him, he decides that he likes being an idiot more than he likes being a father. Meanwhile, Ryan needs to decide if dating Lindsay is really like kissing his sister. We watched S02E07 of The O.C., "The Family Ties". Sha na na na....

'Twas the night before Chrismukkah and all through the land, Caleb's been hiding a baby unplanned. Ki-ki has hid in the closet from all, shortly after smashing a vase on the wall. Our second visit to the most sacred of holidays, this Chrismukkah is almost ruined when family secrets are revealed. Will Summer be able to save the day? Will Lindsay make enough Yama-clauses for everyone? The OC Men watched The O.C. S02E06, "The Chrismukkah That Almost Wasn't" to find out!

Everybody apologizes except the one guy who needs to apologize the most. Ryan and Seth finally have a reckoning for flying the coop over the summer as we realize things can't just go back to where we left off at the end of last season. Our favorite contractor Archie can't seem to finish the Cohen's house, and Caleb can't seem to avoid going to jail. We also get to meet delightful dreamboat and comic fan Zack.
