What do we do “When Your Lot is a Lot”?
God has a purpose in all our assignments.
In his letter to the Corinthians (1 Corinthians 7:17-24), Paul gives us four ideas that will help us live faithfully with what God places in front of us . . . our “lot” in life. This sermon is a part of our series through 1 Corinthians: Dirty Church, Part 1.

Singleness is a joy and a gift to secure our devotion to God and glorify Him. Marriage is seeking, emotional, physical, and spiritual oneness with someone, and is also a season for glorifying God. Step into 1 Corinthians 17:1-16 as we explore the beauty of both singleness and marriage.
We welcome you to join us for our weekend services at one of our six campuses.

Obedience to God is all about worship at the end. Turning to 1 Corinthians 6:12-20, the Apostle Paul challenges the Corinthians to honor God by abstaining from sexual immorality. Our bodies were not made to gratify ourselves, but to glorify God.
“Or do you not know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit within you, whom you have from God? You are not your own,” 1 Corinthians 6:19.

As followers of Christ, we should not boast in anything we have NOT earned. All we have received is from God. We offer nothing, but Jesus Whom we have received. Watch the full sermon, Arrogant Christians?, preached by Dr. Jeff Bucknam from 1 Corinthians 4:8-21.
