Today’s guest, Richard Kline, is a renowned actor, director and acting teacher who became a household name for his portrayal of “Larry Dallas” on the classic TV sitcom: “Three’s Company”. 

We also remember him as “Richie Gray” on “It’s a Living”, “Jeff Spencer” on “His & Hers”, “Dr. Mark Benson” on “The Bold and the Beautiful”, “Jeff Beznick” on “Noah Knows Best”, “Gene Schwartz” on “Inside Schwartz”, and “Judge Angioli” on “Blue Bloods”. On the big screen you’ve seen him in “Liberty Heights”, “Warm Blooded Killers”, “Knight to F4”, “Don’t Think Twice”, “Love, Weddings and Other Disasters”, “180 Days”, “The Mick and the Trick” and many more. 

He’s also guest starred in dozens of classic TV shows including “The Mary Tyler Moore Show”, “Maude”, “One Day at a Time”, “ER”, “Murder, She Wrote”, “Hill Street Blues”, “L.A. Law”, “The Nanny”, “NYPD Blues” and many more. And he’s appeared in some great TV movies and miniseries including “Seventh Avenue”, “Not Just Another Affair”, “Side by Side”, and “Hell Hath No Fury”, to name just a few. 

Our guest has also had a distinguished theatre career. He’s appeared on Broadway in some iconic shows like “The Crucible”, “City of Angels”, “November” and “Waitress”. And he’s appeared in touring productions of “The Rothschilds” and “Wicked”, in which he played the Wizard of Oz. He’s also appeared in highly acclaimed productions of “Death of a Salesman”, “Henry V”, “Love’s Labor’s Lost”, “Titanic”, “The Sting”, and in 1996, he starred in the American premiere of Andrew Lloyd Weber’s musical, “By Jeeves”. 

And when he’s not appearing on stage or in front of the camera, he’s directing television and theatre productions, AND for over 25 years, he's been a highly respected acting teacher.
