Crenshaw, Tharivol, and Fence could see the shadow of a meazel strangling Mouse, Field Mouse with a garrote. The tiles on the floor beneath them began to break and flow apart from each other, as if something was rising beneath the floor of the pit.

A voice calls out from the darkness, “Seithr! Seithr, is that you?” Seithr recognizes Talith (the Blind)’s voice and returns the greeting.

Talith leads Seithr and the ragtag band of escaped prisoners down a series of winding tunnels and into a large cavern that has been set for a feast.

This is a description of the episodeAfter healing the injured ImGob and Morr, the party enters Mr. Bonegrinder Miller the cyclop’s cottage. While Stabbi attempts to take the cautious approach and investigate the steps for traps, Seithr leads Ophelia and others into the miller’s house. What awaits our heroes? Treasure? An ambush? Traps? Something creepy and slimy with tentacles?

Having been guided away from the pursuing yuan-ti by the ancient and sinewy gnome, Sen-Noam Longbeard, the party arrives in a large cavern. A stream runs through the cavern, a miller’s cottage sits along the edge of the stream, and the sounds of a water wheel turning can be heard.

A quick reconnect with the OG and then on to the adventures of Seithr & the cannon fodder!!!!

A fork in the path. Gob opts to go down the tunnel where he thinks there might be a wise old man who could lead them out of the Underdark. ImGob’s heard rumors. He opts to go that way rather than towards the smell of water and mushroom foodstuffs. Although he is actually thinking that by not going towards food, he’ll find food. He’s Gob.

After two hours of travel, the party discovers a skeleton with a rusty short sword and a shield....

The party follows ImGob down the prison hallway. ImGob peeks around the jail door and then starts motioning frantically to Seithr, repeating, “ImGob, ImGob.” Seithr prepares to hurl Gob at their enemies, but ImGob turns and waddles up to the three yuan-ti malison jail guards who are about to begin feasting on bowls of mice and rats.

The guards are dumbfounded by the escape of the Gob the janitor, but they are even more dumbfounded by the appearance of Seithr wielding a jailbar.

Seithr wakes up in a cell with a giant spider, a boggle, a firenewt, two kobolds, an unspeakable-dwarven-curse-word duergar, and a hobgoblin. 

The players recount the long and various adventures of the party since a small group of the current players began playing 5e in the Realms of the Seven Sisters (a prehistory of the podcast)….. We recap Immortalia and Seithr’s adventures since they agreed to help a caravan make its way across the desert on the isthmus to Dura brought us through late-18th century Paris, the Sea of Moving Ice, and multiple visits to Steamhill. We arrive at the moment when Seithr was snatched away by the yuan-ti…. and that brings us to a cell and a strange new set of companions...

Seithr, however, is captured by retreating Yuan-ti. They disappear out of a secret tunnel into the Serpent Hills. The party switches into rescue mode….
