Today’s dose of “Vitamin D” is dedicated to having a “free mind.” Do you know what I mean by that? I was listening to Tems & in her hit track, “Free Mind” she talks how having a free mind is having a “peace that you cannot buy.” Did you catch that? They say the hardest prison to escape is in your mind. Because no matter how far and wide you run, you can’t hide. 

How are you holding yourself captive? Anxiety? Depression? The dead-end job you won’t walk away from? The toxic relationship catering to your wounded child? Regret? Jealously? What? All of these can have your mind running in circles & at what point does it stop? At what point do you exhale? 

At what point do you say, “it’s time to live my life…to set me free. Freer than the open mind, farther than the eyes can handle. Freer than the ocean..so set me free.” What’s it going to take? Do what you have to find your release. Because you deserve a peace that you cannot buy, a love that you cannot mix, joy that you cannot waste.” So go ahead & set yourself free.
