Today's dose of "Vitamin D" is dedicated to having the ultimate confidence in yourself. Like so much that you just speak life. You just speak things over yourself because you just know. Not because you're waiting for somebody else to tell you, because you have this feeling inside of you and this ultimate confidence that you can make anything you want to happen.

And I bet if you sit back and you look back, you realize that you've done it more times than not. I was taking a listen to this track on my workout today. It's entitled "Churchill Downs" by Jack Harlow, featuring Drake and in it Jack says, "Sometimes when I sit back, I really let it register. I did everything I said I would and said it first."

Catch it. What's the last time you declared something over your life that you wanted? Did you go get it? You know they say... The more grateful you are, the more things you have to be grateful for. So give yourself a little grace and give yourself enough credit to know that you have done something and you've done a lot.

And I think sometimes we work in denial because we are waiting for others to affirm us, for others to agree with us. But, you know, as Jack continued on to say, he says, "I mean, the world's in denial, but they all knew what I'm headed for." Hey, when you have that ultimate confidence in yourself, you enroll other people to believe it as well.

Dreams don't work unless you do. Speak confidence over your life. All right?
