Psalm 100, 150, Romans 8:1 are scriptures that are important in that worshiping or praising God; giving of thanks is not a denominational thing, it’s a God thing and we give thanks unto the Lord because He is worthy and not because man or mammon tell us how or to do it.

In our daily walk with Him, we are sharing and practicing His presence; importantly observing that He pours into us His love and the Holy Spirit guides us in that way. Remember to center Christ in our lives and DO NOT buy into self reliance and the false doctrinal teaching of self help. That is directly contrary to Biblical teaching and looking to establish you as sovereign and that is NOT given to us. I urge you to exercise caution in this regard. John 14:27, Isaiah 58:11, 40:11

Remember always that God has given us a free will to choose…I choose assurance over the false hope of insurance in all things because insurance will often times fail. Blessed assurance, Jesus is mine, oh what a foretaste of Glory devine. Heir of salvation, purchase of God. Born of His Spirit, washed in His blood. I Peter 5, Psalm 139:1-14, John 3: 16-22, Romans 8:38&39, Ephesians 3:16-19. Psalm 107:21&22.

The Holy Spirit is described in numerous locations throughout the scriptures as the Breath of God, a mighty wind and we find it so in the book of Acts. In the upper room on the day of Pentecost; they heard a sound that was like a rushing mighty wind. The Breath of God is in my lungs every day so shall the praise of Him be on my lips. Going out and coming in I will thank Him and praise Him. Mark 13;11, Colossians3:15, Acts 2:2-8, 9:18, Revelation 19:3-6, Psalm 100:4.

Focusing on God is the import of our daily walk. He is our sovereign, but we are reminded in His Word that this is indeed a fallen world in which we live and that must not be forgotten. It is His truth and knowledge that leads us into wisdom and guidance of the Holy Spirit. This plain of existence is fallen because of the choices made of man, but we are also to share the truth and gospel of God to remind others that the Kingdom of Heaven is freely offered by God our Father and He will make us heirs and joint heirs with Christ Jesus. Give thanks to God from whom ALL blessings flow and rejoice in this day; for today is the day the Lord hath made. Psalm 117, 118:24&28, 116:17.

Be mindful that as we go through the day; thank God frequently. As we do this, the practice opens up to praying without ceasing, as we are reminded by the letters of Paul. Seriously intent to be able to pray without ceasing takes practice and being thankful in all things is the primary way to do this. As a TRUE believer and a TRUE Christian it is important to learn these things. Never forget that as David reminds us, God will incline His ear to us. Psalm 116:2, 136, I Timothy 2:1&2, I Thessalonians 5:16-18, James 4:8, Romans 15:13.

Luke 17: 11-19, Psalm 100; the instruction of how we are to give thanks unto God. Coming to His gates, entering His courts and in entering His sanctuary. David uses four of seven of the primary words of giving thanks(praise) in one passage. Practice His presence daily and regularly throughout the day.

It is seemingly impossible to be thankful in the midst of difficult situations. Remember that there is the blessed assurance of God our Heavenly Father that He is with us no matter what, no matter where. When we read the scripture that tells us that God is with us withersoever we goest…that is NOT speaking geographically or topographically; it speaks to His being with us through all aspects of our lives and importantly, the emotional aspects. Ephesians 5:20, Psalm 118:1, 89:15.

No amount of insurance can be purchased by us: thankfully the ASSURANCE of God our Heavenly Father is all that we need in that His love shared through Christ Jesus, giving us the opportunity to be heirs and joint heirs with Him in the Kingdom of Heaven.
