Jesus Christ controls history. God has a wonderful plan for your life so what is there to fear? Nothing. A relaxed mental attitude is a faith-rest approach to life. An RMA is best described as having the mind of Christ. “Let this mind be in you that was also in Christ Jesus” (Phil 2:5). It’s your understanding and maximizing the use of impersonal and personal love. It gives you the ability to look at people (that’s virtue love) and look at circumstances (with faith-rest) in a different way so you don’t think as the rest of the world thinks. Your mental attitude is what you are at any given time throughout the day. Your thoughts drive your decisions.
