Havoc Movie Review - Tom Hardy stars as generic action dude that typically would be played by Jason Statham. Havoc was directed by Gareth Evans, who previously did the fantastic Raid films. Unfortunately, Havoc is a total mess with crazy AI backgrounds, car chases and insane editing. The whole thing is a miss.
