The college football season is inching closer and that means it's time for our annual over/under podcast. We specifically focus on the Big Ten and Tom Kakert and Matt Randazzo are joined by Chad Leistikow from the Des Moines Register to give our thoughts on the over/under win totals for the entire conference.
