The Bruins are 3-5 but have played an extremely tough schedule early on and have played a lot better football the past few weeks, on a two-game winning streak.

Kaleb Johnson tied the Iowa record for points scored in a single season (120), scoring 3 touchdowns and rushing for 135 yards in Iowa's 42-10 win over Wisconsin.
A dominating performance and impressive outing for new starting quarterback Brendan Sullivan, who didn't wow fans in the passing game (7-10, 93 yards, 1 passing TD, 58 rushing yards, and 1 rushing touchdown).
The defense played lights out too, holding Wisconsin to just 261 yards of offense.
