Iowa wrestler Stephen Buchanan appeared as a guest on Wednesday's Hawk Fanatic radio shoe and podcast.

The nation's No. 1 ranked wrestler at 197 pounds addressed multiple topics, including, of course, Friday's much anticipated showdown against top-ranked Penn State.

Friday's dual in Happy Valley will be just the fifth time that Penn State and Iowa will meet as the No. 1 and No. 2 ranked teams in the country.

Buchanan will face freshman and fourth-ranked Josh Barr in a top five showdown on Friday.
