R. Hendel said that at a chassid’s first yechidus, the orla of the heart the thick layer covering it was removed ✨ Not every struggle disappeared, and the person didn’t suddenly become perfect. But something softened. That's what real growth is Not becoming a different person, but removing the fear, ego, hurt, and defenses covering the heart. Sometimes we don’t need to add more to ourselveswe need the courage to remove a layer and make more room for Hashem, for others, and for who we truly are.

Because the soul knows its Source, it is always drawn back to Him.even when we feel distant, our soul never does. The longing to return, to grow, and to reconnect isn’t something we create it’s who we are. Sometimes we’re not searching for Hashem; we’re uncovering the connection that was always there. ⚡️💛

Maybe the deepest part is this the work itself changes us. We don’t wait until we feel inspired to begin; we become inspired because we keep showing up ❤️‍🩹 Sometimes the greatest blessing is not an easier path but the strength to keep walking it. 💫

Don’t blemish a designated sacrifice.

The Maggid said that if only we could kiss a Sefer Torah with the same love that the Baal Shem Tov kissed Jewish children ✨ To the Baal Shem Tov, every child was a living Sefer Torah a soul, a piece of G-d walking through the world 🌎. He did not see labels, flaws, or expectations. He saw the holiness inside each person. And maybe that is his deepest lesson, to look at people through the eyes of the soul 💛 If we could see others and ourselves with even a fraction of that love, everything would change. Because sometimes the holiest thing we can do is remind another person that they are precious.

Rabbi Nachum of Chernobyl became physically affected simply from answering Amen yehei shmei rabba 💛✨ At first, it seems impossible. But Chassidus teaches that G-dliness is not meant to stay only in the mind it is meant to enter the heart, the soul, and even the body. Just as fear, stress, and pain can leave an imprint on us ❤️‍🩹, holiness, joy, and connection can leave an imprint too. Prayer is not only words. Torah is not only information. When we are truly present, one Amen, one niggun, or one moment of davening can reach places inside us that words cannot 💫 Maybe the lesson I take is this, if the body can remember fear, the soul can teach the body to remember joy 💛✨
