When the Tzemach Tzedek was nine, the Alter Rebbe taught: from the 2nd of Elul until Yom Kippur, say 3 chapters of Tehillim daily. On Yom Kippur, say 36 chapters in parts. Missed a day? Start when you remember and make up later.

🌾 Elul, “The King is in the field.” Hashem is near, accessible, walking with us in everyday life. Each day and each Tehillim chapter is a chance to grow, even if we start late.

Last week we learned that loving another Jew isn’t just a nice thing it’s the channel for all blessings. 🌊✨

We learned that “Love your fellow as yourself” is really about loving Hashem because each soul carries a literal spark of Him. 🔥💫

And today, the Alter Rebbe tells us: Ahavat Yisrael must consume you entirely. ❤️

It’s not about loving when it’s easy it’s about seeing the soul first, even when it’s hard. And when you do, something in you heals too. 🌱

So take a deep breath. Pause. Remember: There’s a piece of Hashem here. That alone makes them worthy of love. And it makes you worthy of giving it. 🤍
