To love like Jesus, I must…

1. Show love TO MY FAMILY

3 Support widows who are genuinely in need. 4 But if any widow has children or grandchildren, let them learn to practice godliness toward their own family first and to repay their parents, for this pleases God.  1 Timothy 5:3-4

3. I must see OTHER’S PAIN even when I’m in pain

If the Word of God is not the Standard of Truth, then there is no standard
I saw heaven standing open and there before me was a white horse, whose rider is called Faithful and True.  With justice He judges and makes war. His eyes are like blazing fire and on His head are many crowns. He has a name written on Him that no one knows but He Himself.  He is dressed in a robe dipped in blood, and His name is the WORD OF GOD.

When Jesus had finished saying these things, the crowds were amazed at His teaching, because He taught as One Who Had authority, and not as their teachers of the law. (Matt. 7:28, 29) 

I wonder what they DID with their amazement? 

Jesus was amazed 2 times as recorded in the Bible… 

Mark 6:6 – He was amazed at their lack of faith 

Luke 7:9 – He was amazed at him. 

Would Jesus be amazed at your faith?
