He Is In My Story

As a young widow, @kelseyoldroyd has had her own fair share of trials these last two years. She is holding on to her faith and hope in her Savior Jesus Christ. He has helped pave her way through the storms of life.

From loosing her husband of 15 years, to her son catching on fire, and struggles in between, she shares a beautiful testimony of no one being immune from trials. BUT also knows that with Christ at the center that those trials can become triumphs.

Prayer unlocks the power of heaven. Our Father in Heaven is ready and standing at the sidelines to support and prepare us for all the tackles AND touchdowns to come.

We don't need to fear the unknown because He knows.

Putting faith into action is more than just believing. It is trusting and moving forward with Him.

Kelsey encourages all of us to come to know Christ on a personal level. We need to seek Him so when it comes time to trust Him, we KNOW Him. He will help us overcome and refine us into the person He created us to be.

Her accident does not define her. Although it seemed like her identity of being a singer and horse rider was taken years ago, she has come to realize her true identity isn't in the things she does or her achievements. It has always been a daughter of God.

It wasn't until years down the road that she realized that although she felt alone at times that Christ was always by her side.

For Ashley, it was in her bathroom when she was pregnant. She intentionally placed a picture of Christ on the bathroom sink to ensure she saw it often.

This allowed for personal revelation to penetrate her soul each time she walked in and saw that picture.

Everything has a purpose. Even if it is just to teach us a lesson.

Years and years went by with the typical "normal" blood work, but she just knew she needed to dig deeper.

Advocating for herself and getting gate help she needed allowed her to continue the things she loves. Lymes disease doesn't define her. She has learned what helps her body and relies on the Lord to continue to guide her in the challenge.

She is such a light and radiates happy everywhere she goes.

She is now coaching and helping people find that joy themselves by helping them navigate their physical health.

Even being the youngest of 8 children, Layna still had things to learn and realized being a mother wasn't the walk in the park she was envisioning. It has been harder than expected but so much more rewarding when she includes Christ in her journey. She knows with him all things will work out.

@karenpapin shares her beautiful testimony and experience with anxiety. The Lord was with her every step of the way when she had a hard time speaking. Her experience also helped in understanding her kids and others around her.

Christ is there to comfort and bless us when we reach out to Him.

Remember, you are braver than you think. I loved how she referred to her kids in that way, brave. We are all capable of doing hard things. Our Savior is there to help weak things become strong.
