  • 47: He is in My Story- Stephanie Treanor: Pay the Price for your Testimony

I'm so sad that my phone cut off in the heat of the day, but this is a must listen to.

Stephanie Treanor @mytinyteachers shares her story and testimony of being on bedrest and reflecting on who she was and who she wanted to become.

I love how she shares how sometimes we need to pay the price for our testimonies. Our testimony grows as we go through difficult things and learn from them. Sometimes we have to be broken down to become better versions of ourselves.

As we submit to Christ, answers will come, but usually in His due time. He is working on us from the inside out and makes all things possible.

  • 45: He is in My Story- Jared Seegrist: He Will Magnify Your Willingness to Serve

Tonight we were blessed to hear from my husband Jared and his service experience in another country.

The Lord taught him many things while he was there. Including:

1.Families are a foundational part of the gospel of Jesus Christ

    2. Take a step. The Lord will use you if you are willing, even in your limited capacity or learning. Do all that you can and God will make up for what you can't do yourself.

    3. Jesus Christ is the bridge that unites and brings joy to all walks of life. No matter your religion, your ethnicity, etc.

I hope and pray we can all be willing to be Christ's hands, feet, and voice when we are called to do so. We can reach out and make a difference.

    YOU can be that difference.

  • 44: He is in My Story- Emma Heiner: To Be Continued...My Scleroderma Journey

This beautiful lady @quietheart_emma shared her story and continuing journey with scleroderma.

The Lord asked her to write...so she did. It allowed her to word hand in hand with the Savior as she began to heal emotionally and spiritually. She explains how she went from hate to acceptance, and from accepting to embracing. She received her reality and what the Lord had asked of her.

She chooses to trust Him and His plan for her. Even if it is not what she wanted to do. I hope we can all learn to trust like she does.

Are we in a place in our relationship with Him where we can't say no to what He asks of us? When we follow through, We can learn and gain a testimony of His plan for us. Even when it starts out uncomfortable. He will strengthen us.

God doesn't want us to sit idle. He is a God who moves things forward for our good. He is shaping us into something more beautiful than we can imagine.

  • 43: He is in My Story- Lara Johnson: Truth Spoke to Me

I loved hearing and learning from @larajohnsonmusic today. Her conversion story started as a young girl when she knew she wanted something different in her life.

She enjoyed performing and had a powerful confirmation on stage at the age of 14 when she heard the words, "death is not the end, you will see your wife again". Those words rang true in her heart after her own father passed away as well.

She truly is an ambassador of the Lord in her Music and words.

She has been lead to do some amazing things though the guidance of the Hold Ghost and hopes all of us live our lives to be guided by the spirit. Incredible things can happen when we do.

  • 42: He is in My Story- Jennie Moss: Faith Amidst Our Circumstances

Loved this conversation with Jennie Moss @thelatterdayladies. She shares her insights from some of her more invisible experiences in her life. Some struggles are easier to see than others, and her journey has been no different. She has endured and overcome so much.

Do you have enough faith NOT to be healed? Sometimes we go through things and don't realize that the Lord is using those experiences to create a beautiful path one stepping stone at a time.

Our Faith should not be tied to our circumstances, although it is easy to do.

Sometimes we are prompted to do things that leave us confused in the long run wha=en things turn out unexpectedly. We need to pray to rely on the Lord and His foresight.

When we feel we are at our wits end, He is not finished. Our Heavenly Father has so much more He is working on in our favor.

Reach out and be His hands to help people know they are supported and not alone. As we do so, we are building up Zion.

  • 41: He is in My Story- Lita Merrill: Let Us All Press On

Come listen to my conversation with Lita @overcome.and.rest. She shares how her faith was strong enough to control her emotions in a difficult time and how her fear turned into faith.

I loved how she shared how the song, "Let Us All Press On" became a comforting piece to her during different times in her life. It is the little things where we find peace and answers to prayers. We just need to keep our eyes and ears open.

Our Heavenly Father's plan is not for us to go through things alone. We need each other and we need the Savior. We just need to take an actionable step to express and vocalize when we need Him. He is there, just reach out to Him. Don't give up, His timing will shine through for you in the most miraculous ways.

  • 40: He is in My Story- Dan Davis: God is Connecting all the Dots Behind the Scene

Come listen as Dan Davis @stirydan shares how his long journey through physical health and near death experience deepened his faith in Jesus Christ.

He mentioned that he recognized God in the details more when he was open to sharing about his experience

Something I love to hear about is how so many people show up for each other in the midst of their own trials and tribulation. We can be an answer to prayers even in our hardest times as well. That is how Dan's diagnosis was figured out, through the goodness and promise of someone else.

When you live with your spirit on the surface your perspective changes and opportunities arise. Don't wait for a near death experience to recognize the great tender mercies happening in your life. Take the time to enjoy the little moments and share Christ's refining power now.
