“Accepting Your Flaws”

We are all beautiful in our own little way. Have you ever realized while growing up, your most picked on features, ended up being the most recognized ones? When it comes to how we are created, no one is perfect so how do you compensate on things you might not be so fond of physically? Are you emotionally disconnected? Do you find it hard to love after being heartbroken one too many times? What are some ways to accept your flaws just the way they are?

Why do we push off the things that could get us one step closer to our goals? Why is it important to put effort into your dreams now versus just planning? Do you even picture your future? Instead of waiting until the moments have passed, we need to start building and investing into ourselves NOW while we still have the opportunity. Just sitting by and waiting for someone to hand it to you – you will be waiting for quite some time.

No one prepared for death - whether it’s the victim or those mourning. We never quite have the words to express how we truly feel at that very moment and understanding just how to break down the pain, sadness, and loneliness is just the beginning. What are some practices for coping with the death of a loved one? How long are you expected to feel this way? Why is it important not to force your support upon anyone mourning their loss? We will try to pinpoint a few methods to help those affected, deal with the tragedy together.
