Begin by finding a quiet and comfortable place where you can relax. Sit or lie down in a position that feels natural and allows you to breathe deeply. Close your eyes and take a few deep breaths, inhaling through your nose and exhaling through your mouth. Let go of any tension or stress you may be holding onto.
Now, bring your attention to the base of your spine, to your root chakra. Visualize a spinning ball of vibrant red energy in this area. As you inhale, imagine this energy expanding and becoming brighter. As you exhale, release any stagnant or negative energy that may be present in this chakra. Repeat the following affirmation silently or out loud: "I am grounded, safe, and secure."
Shift your attention to your sacral chakra, located in your lower abdomen. Envision a glowing orange ball of energy spinning and radiating warmth. With each breath, allow this energy to grow more vital and more vibrant. As you exhale, release any emotional blockages or limitations. Repeat the affirmation: "I embrace my creativity and passion."
Move up to your solar plexus chakra, located in your upper abdomen. Imagine a bright yellow ball of energy shining brightly. As you breathe deeply, allow this energy to expand and fill your abdomen. Release any self-doubt or fear as you exhale. Repeat the affirmation: "I am confident, empowered, and worthy of all good things."
Now, bring your attention to your heart chakra, in the centre of your chest. Visualize a beautiful green ball of energy, radiating love and compassion. As you breathe in, imagine this energy expanding, filling your chest with warmth and healing. Release any pain or resentment as you exhale. Repeat the affirmation: "I give and receive love unconditionally."
Shift your focus to your throat chakra, located in your throat area. Picture a bright blue ball of energy spinning and glowing. With each breath, feel this energy growing stronger and more vibrant. Let go of any difficulties in self-expression or communication as you exhale. Repeat the affirmation: "I express myself authentically and confidently speak my truth."
Move up to your third eye chakra, located in the centre of your forehead, just above your eyebrows. Envision an indigo ball of energy, shining brightly and expanding with each breath. Release any limiting beliefs or illusions as you exhale. Repeat the affirmation: "I trust my intuition and see clearly with inner wisdom."
Finally, bring your attention to your crown chakra, located at the top of your head. Visualize a radiant violet or white ball of energy, connecting you to the divine. With each breath, feel this energy expanding and creating a sense of spiritual connection. Release any attachment or ego as you exhale. Repeat the affirmation: "I am connected to the universal energy, and I am one with all."
Take a few moments to allow the energy from all the chakras to blend and harmonize. Feel the positive energy flowing through your entire body, balancing and aligning your chakras. Sit or lie in this state of balance and harmony for a few more breaths, absorbing the positive energy.
When you're ready, gently bring your awareness back to the present moment. Wiggle your fingers and toes, and slowly open your eyes. Take a moment to appreciate the positive energy you've cultivated within yourself.
