Expand your awareness beyond the Earth, into the vastness of the universe.
Imagine the universe as a radiant, sparkling sphere.

Allow this golden light to spread throughout the entire universe, bringing divine light and blessings to all beings.
Slowly bring your attention back to your physical body.
