Mid-May, I lost my therapist since 2019 to a car crash. Heartbreaking doesn’t begin to describe the pain and it still doesn’t feel real most days. I’ve searched for writings on this kind of loss and grief, but few exist. So I want to put some of my mine out into the world for anyone who might be experiencing something similiar.
