Forgiveness is powerful, but what if it is not always the end of the healing process?
In this live coaching episode from the Heal with God Workshop, I coach Caitlynn through irritation in her marriage. She had already forgiven. She kept forgiving. She wanted to respond from Christ instead of reacting from pain.

But as we prayed and asked Spirit-led questions, it became clear that her irritation was not the root. It was the signal.
There was an open wound being touched over and over again, connected to years of hurt, disrespect, and deeper childhood pain. This episode is a powerful reminder that forgiveness matters, but sometimes forgiveness opens the door for God to reveal what still needs healing.
This episode is for the Christian woman who has said, "I already forgave them, so why am I still hurt?"
You'll learn:
Why forgiveness may not always be the final step in healing
How irritation can be a clue that a deeper wound is being touched
Why your reaction does not automatically mean you failed
How hearing God's voice can help you discern the root beneath the symptom
Why healing with prayer goes deeper than behavior management
Scripture: Psalm 139:23-24 "Search me, O God, and know my heart; test me and know my anxious thoughts. Point out anything in me that offends you, and lead me along the path of everlasting life."
Prayer: God, search my heart and show me what still needs healing. I thank You for the grace to forgive, but I also ask You to reveal any wound that is still open. Help me stop shaming myself for my reactions and start listening for what You want to heal. I want to respond from Christ in me, not react from old pain. In Jesus' name, amen.
Declaration: I have grace to forgive, and I have permission to heal deeper. My reaction is not my identity. God is showing me the wound so He can heal the root.

Intrusive thoughts aren't the problem—they're the signal pointing to what needs healing.
If your mind feels loud, overwhelming, or hard to trust, you're not alone—and you're not broken. Intrusive thoughts aren't random. They're often connected to deeper wounds, beliefs, or unresolved pain that God wants to bring into the light.
This episode will help you stop fighting thoughts at the surface and start responding with prayer so you can walk in real, lasting freedom.
This is for the Christian woman who:
feels overwhelmed by her thoughts
questions why they keep coming back
wants to hear God clearly instead of spiraling
is ready to stop managing symptoms and actually heal
You'll gain:
Clarity on why intrusive thoughts keep showing up
Discernment to understand what's underneath them
A simple, prayer-based response for when they hit
A pathway to real freedom—not just temporary relief
Scripture: 2 Corinthians 10:5
Prayer: God, reveal what is underneath these thoughts and lead me into truth and healing.
Declaration: I am not my thoughts. I have the mind of Christ, and I walk in freedom.

Still saying you forgave her… but something in you is still hurting?
In this episode, Heather talks about how disappointment with your mom can become a hidden block in your healing with God. Sometimes the issue is not just what happened in the past. Sometimes it is the bitterness, grief, identity wounds, and judgments that formed because of it.
Using a powerful workshop story from Regina, this episode walks through how pain with your mother can move from hurt to bitterness, and how God invites you into real healing through forgiveness, release, and mourning what you never got. Regina shared that her bitterness was directed at her mother because of lifelong abuse, and that it had grown into something that felt like it had taken her over.
This episode is for the Christian woman who loves God, has tried to move on, and still feels triggered, heavy, shut down, or stuck in old pain she cannot explain.
You'll gain
how to recognize when a mother wound is showing up as a symptom instead of a story
how disappointment with your mom may have shaped your identity
what biblical forgiveness actually is and what it is not
why grief may be the missing step in your healing
how the Heal with God program addresses this in Steps 1, 2, and 4
Scripture: Psalm 34:18, Hebrews 12:15, Matthew 22:37–40
Prayer: God, show me where disappointment with my mom has become a bitter root in me. Help me forgive, release, and grieve with You so I can heal deeply and truthfully.
Declaration: I am not abandoned in my healing. God is near to me, He is telling me the truth, and I am safe to release what I have carried too long.

Love Jesus and still feel depressed? You are not broken, and you are not alone.
In this honest conversation, Heather sits down with Gabe Cox to talk about what depression can really feel like as a Christian and why so many believers carry shame around something they were never meant to hide. Gabe shares her personal story of struggling silently while looking "fine" on the outside, and how real healing began when she stopped pretending, got honest, and started getting the right kind of help. This episode makes space for the Christian woman who loves Jesus but still feels heavy, foggy, tired, or stuck.
This episode is for the Christian who has prayed, pushed through, stayed busy, and tried to be strong—but still feels the weight of anxiety or depression and wonders what's wrong with her. If you've ever felt ashamed for struggling, afraid to ask for help, or confused about what healing is supposed to look like, this conversation will meet you with honesty and hope.
You'll gain:
clarity around why depression in Christians is often hidden behind shame
encouragement to stop assuming struggle means spiritual failure
insight into what it can look like to get real help and pursue healing honestly

Break shame, lift heaviness, and lead them toward the healing and help they need. Remind them they are not failing You by being honest. In Jesus' name, amen.
Declaration: I am not abandoned, disqualified, or too broken to heal. Jesus meets me in truth, and I can receive help without shame.

Putting off what God said does not mean you are lazy. It may mean fear got louder than truth.
If you know God has been nudging you to do something for your healing, your calling, or your obedience — but you keep delaying it — this episode is for you.
In this episode, Heather shares why delay is often not a discipline issue at all. It is often connected to fear, identity, and the lies we believe after God has already spoken. Through a live workshop story and simple teaching from the Heal with God framework, you will learn how to hear God clearly when hesitation keeps getting in the way.
This episode is for the Christian who loves Jesus, wants to obey, and is tired of feeling stuck in the gap between hearing God and actually moving forward.
You'll gain:
A clearer understanding of why you keep putting off what God already asked you to do
A simple way to uncover the lie underneath your delay
Practical steps to hear God and respond with healing prayer
A fresh reminder that obedience can start small
Encouragement to stop partnering with fear and move with God again
Scripture: Psalm 139:23–24 Prayer: God, search me and show me what I have delayed out of fear. Reveal the lie underneath my hesitation, and teach me how to hear You clearly and obey You with peace. Declaration: I will not let fear reinterpret what God has said. I hear His voice, I agree with His truth, and I take my next step with Him.
