Your liver, one of the largest solid

organs in your body is just as important as your heart. It’s located on the
right side of your torso, protected by the ribs, beneath the diaphragm, and on top of the
stomach, right kidney, and intestines. It’s a very important part of your
digestive system and has an instrumental role in helping your body’s ability to
eliminate toxins and fight infections. It holds approximately 13% of your total
blood supply at any given time and has over 500 vital functions. It's also the
only internal organ that can grow back to its original size if part of it is
removed or damaged.

It’s a vital and important cog in the

physical human machine that we are! In this meditation we are healing the
physical but also clearing the mental and emotional toil that sits in this
organ. I suggest doing this meditation at least seven times for the deepest
healing and recovery.
