How does your nervous system work?
Your brain is basically the control center for everything you think, feel, and do. It handles things you’re aware of, like moving your fingers, walking, learning something new, or having a conversation. It also takes care of the things you don’t even notice, like breathing and digesting food.
In a nutshell; your brain creates a message and sends it down your spinal cord. From there, the message travels through your nerves (part of your peripheral nervous system) to wherever it needs to go. These messages are constantly moving back and forth between your brain, spinal cord, and body to keep everything working the way it should.
The central nervous system has three big responsibilities:
* Picks up information from your senses of what’s going on in the world around you
* Figures out what that information means and makes sense of it
* Sends out instructions so your body knows how to react.
This meditation helps heal and regulate your nervous system, from past impacts and the present state of being.
I suggest doing this meditation at least seven times for the deepest healing and recovery.
