Your lungs, part of the body’s incredible respiratory system, keep you alive without any conscious effort. Your autonomic nervous system controls the workings of the oxygen you bring in, and the waste expelled from your body as carbon dioxide. Naturally, you don’t even have to think about it. When we do think and focus on our breath, we can also calm our parasympathetic nervous system, providing great opportunity for inner peace and relaxation.
In this meditation, we heal the lungs and everything they’re made up of, with the aid of the Divine Beings here to help us.
I suggest doing this meditation at least seven times for the deepest healing and recovery.
