I have two more episodes scheduled for the You Are Seen series - and they are coming. But over these past couple of weeks, I've been listening to my body and to God's timing. I needed to slow down, to breathe, to allow myself to rest.

And in the midst of that rest, this word came - and it feels like it's meant for today. On Labor Day of all days, when so many of us are craving rest, God whispered to me: We labor into rest.

So I'm sharing this episode first. Think of it as a bridge between series. A continuation of my previous episode — as a reminder that pauses have purpose. And sometimes the word we need most is the one given in the waiting. The other episodes will follow soon, but today, this is the word on my heart.

In this episode of Healed Anyway, I share a sacred moment from my recent return to the waterfall - where God reminded me that true healing begins in the heart. Through a black butterfly, circling hawk, divine timing, and a conversation with my mentor, I was shown that we are called to labor into rest. Not striving, not fearing, but surrendering into God's presence where healing flows like living water.
