  • 🎙️ You like me… just not that DEEP!

Not everyone is willing to go deep. And sometimes… it’s not about you being “too much”…

it’s about them not being able to meet you there.

In this episode, I’m talking about what it really looks like to be an open book… and what happens when people stop reading once it gets real.

    Yeah… I peeped it.

  • 🎙️Yeah…OK!

Sometimes it’s not that people are lying…

    they just be talking.

And if you’ve ever sat there listening to someone lay out a whole plan, a whole vision, a whole “this time it’s different”… only to watch nothing happen?

    Yeah. This is that conversation.

This episode is about the moment you stop getting caught up in how good something sounds… and start paying attention to what actually happens.

Because at some point, words stop meaning anything.

And all you have left is the pattern.

  • 🎙️The Most Boring SUPERPOWER in Life!

Sometimes the biggest lessons in life are the simplest ones.

This episode came from a small realization I had recently. I ran out of my meds for about two weeks, picked them up, and my brain reminded me real quick… consistency matters. Nothing dramatic happened, I just felt a little “off.” But it made me think about how many things in life work exactly the same way.

Life responds to what we repeat.

The small things we do over and over again eventually create the results we’re living with. Showing up to work. Paying bills. Taking care of your health. Taking care of your mind. None of it is exciting in the moment… but it works.

Consistency might actually be the most boring superpower in life.

In this episode, I talk about why the simple things we repeat every day matter more than we think, and why the boring stuff is usually the stuff holding everything together.

If this resonates with you, welcome to the conversation.

  • 🎙️I’m Fully Myself In It

I used to need an end game for everything.

I needed to know where it was going, what it meant, what it was turning into. I thought that meant I was being intentional. Mature. Responsible.

But I realized I was doing too much — especially when it came to things that involve more than just me.

In this episode, I’m talking about what shifted for me. The difference between having direction and trying to control the outcome. The freedom that comes from asking a simpler question:

Does this work for me right now?

If it’s healthy, if it doesn’t disturb my peace, and it feels like it’s moving in a good direction… I’m cool.

No rushing. No forcing. No writing the ending before it forms.

This one is light, real, and honest. If you’ve ever felt the urge to secure everything before it’s even fully developed, this conversation is for you.

  • 🎙️Mind Your Damn Business!

Sometimes growth isn’t about healing louder.

Sometimes it’s about shutting up at the right time.

In this episode, I talk about curiosity, restraint, and those moments when you almost ask the question… then realize peace costs less when you don’t. No shade, no finger-pointing. Just real self-awareness, humor, and learning when to pause.

If you’ve ever wanted to undo-send a question the second it left your mouth, this one’s for you.

  • 🎙️ The Eggs Took To Long

This Road to 50 and this whole self-improvement thing has been… humbling.

In this episode, I talk about what happens when you start noticing your own impatience instead of blaming everyone else for it. The small moments. The slow moments. The moments that shouldn’t bother you as much as they do… but somehow really do.

From watching scrambled eggs cook a little too slowly, to sitting behind someone driving under the speed limit, this episode is about realizing that discomfort isn’t always the problem. Sometimes our reaction to it is.

I’m learning to sit in it.

    To pause instead of rushing.

To notice when I’m uncomfortable and not make that everyone else’s issue.

Turns out, sitting in it won’t kill me.

But rushing through life just might.

  • 🎙️ The Part of Growth that Nobody Talks About

Everyone talks about growth like it’s cute.

Like once you decide to change, everything just falls into place.

But there are parts of growth people don’t really talk about.

    The flashbacks.

The moments that catch you off guard.

    The quiet shifts in relationships.

The spaces where things aren’t heavy anymore, but they’re not familiar either.

    This episode isn’t advice.

    It’s not motivation.

It’s just real observations about what happens when you start moving differently.

If you’re in a season where you’re changing, but not announcing it…

where you feel steady, but still aware that something is shifting…

    this one’s for you.

  • 🎙️I’m Hungry… Just Not for That!

I didn’t plan to drop this episode today, but it felt right… so here we are.

This one is just me, talking out loud about a shift I’m in and noticing how my appetite for life has changed. I’m not bored. I’m not lonely. I’m not lost. I’m just not interested in the same things anymore — and that’s been both freeing and a little weird to sit with.

I talk about outgrowing certain habits, not wanting to be “in the mix” like I used to, finding joy in quieter moments, creating, staying home with my dog, and realizing that sometimes growth looks like choosing peace over entertainment.

No lessons. No solutions. No “do this to heal.”

Just real thoughts, real laughs, and me being honest about where I’m at right now.

If you’re in a season where things feel different — not bad, just different — this might hit.

    Thanks for being here 🤍

  • 🎙️Transition Season Got Me Trippin’

Lately, life has been a little quieter… but not empty.

In this episode, I talk about what happens during a transition season when you’re actually busy being productive. Working out, taking care of your health, cooking your own meals, building multiple projects, meeting deadlines, and studying spirituality.

When the entertainment falls off, your brain starts acting funny. Conversations feel deeper than they are. Opportunities feel louder than they should. Regular moments start getting promoted just because they interrupted the quiet.

This episode is about productive boredom, over-assigning meaning, and learning how to let moments be moments without rushing to label them.

If you’ve been focused, building, and moving forward but still side-eyeing the quiet… turns out that’s a thing.

  • 🎙️“ I SEE IT NOW”

This episode is about clarity, confidence, and finally knowing yourself.

After a year of execution, consistency, and showing up for my own life, I’ve reached a place that feels different. Not rushed. Not frantic. Just sure.

In this episode, I talk about:

    • what it feels like to stop guessing

    • learning yourself through consistency

    • choosing maintenance over burnout

    • traveling alone, meeting new people, and moving with intention

    • knowing what you enjoy, what you don’t, and honoring that without guilt

    This isn’t about starting over.

It’s about maintaining what you’ve built.

If you’re in a season where things are finally making sense, this one’s for you.

    Yeah… you’ll see.
