In this episode, I sat down with Gabrielle Harley, divorce attorney, online mediator and author of Better Apart: The Radically Positive Way to Separate and had an amazing conversation about divorce and all of the things that you can do, including the need for clarity, patience, and forgiveness to get to the place where you feel that you are truly better apart.
In this solo episode, I share my own personal experience from having worked with and interviewed a lot of therapists in my lifetime as to how to select the right therapist for you. I talk about what the differences are between psychotherapist/therapists and Psychologist and Psychiatrists, about the type of therapy that might be beneficial to you depending on your experience with therapy and needs as well as what questions to ask and how to interview a therapist and when you feel that you have met the right one.
