In this transmission you are invited to invoke a triangular force of energy within you. The top point, around the crown is your Higher Self. One of the lower points of the triangle holds the energy of your inner critical voice. The other lower point holds the energy of your inner child that is part of your vulnerability. Both energies invoked into the lower two points have energetic threads into different parts of your body, mind and energy fields.

We then tune into the inner critic, this is the part that has internalised all the critical voices you experienced in your childhood and adolescent years. The critical parents, teachers, and others. Listen to all of its mental yammer-yammer, all of its judgements and critiques about you and your life. Notice the feel in your body of the energy of this self, the density, movement and colour of it. Tune into the tone and volume of its voice. We call upon Archangel Raphael and angels of peace to transmit a white-green angelic light into the core of its energy.

As this is happening call the inner child to enter the third point of the triangle. Then tune into the energy of this part here and explain to the inner child that the parental-critic is going through an upgrade and not to be afraid. We then call upon Archangel Gabriel and angels of love to transmit a white-gold-pink angelic light into your heart and lower chakras, anywhere in your body and energy fields you feel this child self present in you.
