Himmelman is also the founder of Big Muse, a company which helps individuals and organizations unlock their creative potential. Chanda Hinton is the Executive Director of The Chanda Plan Foundation, which provides integrative health care programs to individuals with physical disabilities. In 2009, she led the movement to pass Colorado House Bill 1047, which is a pilot program offering acupuncture, massage, and chiropractic care through Medicaid to evaluate the cost-effectiveness and improve quality of life for persons with spinal cord injuries. In addition to her work with The Chanda Plan, Chanda presents extensively to diverse audiences about wellness and disability.
