Laurice Nemetz is an Adjunct Associate Professor at Pace University, a position she’s held since 2004. She is also a Licensed Creative Arts Therapist, a member of the American Association for Anatomy, a board-certified member of the Academy of Dance/Movement Therapists, a certified yoga teacher at the experienced 500-hour level, a Stott Pilates instructor, a certified yoga therapist, and an occasional kayak guide. Laurice is passionate about movement and in today’s show topic, she’ll be talking about the human body and how fascia is a well-respected connective tissue that we can work with, not against.
