Every Interaction Leaves a Mark

Every interaction with another person is a choice: do we use our words for our gain, or for theirs? Do we have transactional or transformational relationships? Here's a few thoughts on how to make sure we have a "first no harm" approach to others, and how words can heal or hurt.
