We wrap up the month of Gratitude by healing relationships we have with those closest to us. Our immediate family members, blood or not often get the brunt of our frustration or stress. This is especially true during the holiday season when stressors are just higher in general. Healing ourselves alone tends to help heal that relationship bubble so let's give it a double dose of healing.
