Today’s message I’m recording during my morning routine, journaling under the sun, in Costa Rica. In this episode we are reflecting on a journal entry that came to me on how we are all the universe, the universe is us and we are each other. We talk about becoming fully you, the fear we hold around people's judgements and how we have control of how we see ourselves therefore how others see us.
