We all have intuitive nudges and it is commonly believed that the goddess was written out of history, that She was replaced with religion that hid the truth of goddess worship and traditions, but never before has actual irrefutable evidence of this been curated. Bernadette reveals how simple pottery pieces began her enquiry and how they led her to find that worship of Goddess Diana was not only prevalent in Roman London, but that there is also a hidden temple of Diana under St. Paul's Cathedral in London, no less.

S:02 E:02 Luna talks to guest Janice Salmon who is a Menstruation Doula and part of The Red Tent Movement, about periods. Together they talk about menarche, peri-menopause and menopause itself, about navigating the transitions these mark in our lives as women. Janice used to be a Clinical Nurse and uses both her knowledge and her wisdom as a doula, to share ways you can make these change easier and as a way of getting to know yourself better, which instinctively increase self-care.

Luna shares some of her own experiences as a menstruating woman who has been peri-menopausal for a number of years and they discuss how education about menstruation could be used to support women and girls in school and through the workplaces. Not only that, but how a deeper understanding could even increase productivity.

Ep 29 - Luna talks to Emma Lowther-Wright who is the Director of the Mandala Centre in Preston in the U.K. Emma has built the community at the Mandala Centre with love and dedication steering it not only through but thriving in its purpose, during and after the pandemic. Emma did this by following her heart, her foundational belief in kindness and taking nudges from the universe. 

Not only is Emma an amazing teacher, she is seeding a new way for all, which ensures that everyone is treated with love, care and respect. Her new way of being the living embodiment of yoga principles and a connected community member, are just what the world needs. It hasn't always been easy. Emma carried on her role supporting the community through grief during the pandemic when Emma had herself lost her dad.

Ep 26: Guest Debbie Debonaire talks to Luna about her life that started out with her being bullied from a young age and later mentally abused, this understandably took its toll and Debbie sadly reached rock bottom and attempted suicide a total of three times. 

Amazingly, Debbie survived all three attempts and thankfully lives today, not just to share her story, but to be the inspiring and incredible woman she has become. Debbie has discovered and created a toolkit that helps her not just live her life, but to thrive and she shares some of that here in her interview.
