Ep 1:  After a LOT of tears, I have managed to record a short trailer for you all. It was my hope that I'd be able to do a shiny happy professional sounding one, but I couldn't do it - I had far too much fear and wounds in the way and after weeks of sobbing about it, I decided the kindest thing to myself was to just share this one. 

I was guided to create this podcast to help us all make a kinder world, so it makes sense that I start with me. 

I hope though, that your heart can feel the intention of the podcast and you can sense what it will really be like once I heal some of these wounds that are currently stopping me.
