Ep 18 - Luna talks to Alison Smith who is a Counsellor, Teacher, Writer and Coach who nurtures and empowers women to reach greater levels of self-awareness and to break through into their fullest, most heart and soul-centred selves.

Alison is also an incredible woman who is passionate about what she does and how she is being in the world. She is a deep listener who listens not only to the women that she works with but also to the world around her and she responds in the most beautiful ways you can imagine by facilitating human potential with soulful offerings that are as unique, diverse and deep as she herself is. 

Alison reads out her own poem at the end, which is entitled Beloveds.

Ep 16: Luna talks to her first ever guest, Tyler Mills from @Transcending_The_Archetype (links below to his social media). Tyler is a young man who has lived an intense life of searching for happiness, initially in the wrong places. He describes himself as incredibly sensitive and at first he did not know how to be in the world with his sensitivity. Through a number of quite magical synchronicities he was led on a retreat at a Tibetan Buddhist Centre and there he began to unravel who he had been told to be and find who he truly is. He has had to make brave choices to follow his heart despite it appearing illogical to others. This has led him to be who he is today. 

His journey has been one from feeling ashamed of his sensitivity to embracing it and realising it takes true strength to express yourself and it's actually a wonderful gift that allows him to help others. Tyler is available for 1-1 work and has set up groups to help people.

Ep: 15 Luna reads out one of her poems called Summers End. The poem is one she touched on in her previous episode in which she read out messages in an heirloom notebook that her ancestors used to write channelled messages from spirit in secret seances.

Ep:14 Luna shares the writings in an heirloom notebook she was gifted by her maternal grandfather. The notebook contains written messages her maternal ancestors channelled from spirits during secret seances in their attic. Luna talks about the important work her ancestors were doing when they did this at great risk to themselves, in times when spirituality was not safe due to threat of persecution, ostracization or death. She shares how her maternal grandfathers soul contract with her was to put her in touch with her soul and make her aware that she was a healer, just like her ancestral lineage was. 

During this episode Luna asks you to witness the work her ancestors did, that trailblazed the way, so we all could openly be spiritual today in whatever way we choose.
