Our bodies were made for movement. We do it every day. Our bodies contain the ability to heal and to heal through movement. Colonized consciousness restrict our creative ability to move in helpful and enjoyable ways. In this episode, we take a deeper look into movement and how we can use it to help ourselves and our greater communities heal, change, and grow.

When it comes to movement, think outside the box here. Whatever feels good, whatever feels safe, can be your supportive helper.

We are beginning this grand adventure by setting up our foundation. We are starting from the bottom and building upward!

For the first episode, we talk about Rest. I discuss how Radical Rest can be to our healing, both individually and collectively. Rest can be a rebellious act against the societal influences that try to control what we do.
