Then I draw upon a recording that I did with my Doula colleague Elodie on this subject during the summer. Together my Doula colleague and I reflect upon endings, transitions and new beginnings. We share how we have experienced these in our own lives and share stories and examples. 

We are all in a time of huge transition. The new moon is a time for ceremony.
