When life throws the hard stuff at us, we can’t give up or stay down too long. We have to lean into God during the hardest of times, give unlimited grace out, and stop digging when we are down.
Challenge: Don’t stay down too long. When you hit a bump this week, give yourself and others grace, do what you can, and do your best to let go and move on.

Maybe, maybe not, but I definitely feel that I have my own secret weapons that are my keys to a better life. I make these 6 simple choices every day and I can honestly say it has changed my life, my relationships, and my confidence in myself and my choices.
Challenge: What small habit or choice could you add or change this week?
Quote: Change your habits, change your life.
It is easy, and natural, to seek approval from this world. Let us make sure our priorities have us seeking approval from the right people in our life.
Challenge: Pay attention to your priorities this week and where you are seeking approval from.
Quote: Her children arise and call her blessed; her husband also, and he praises her: “Many women do noble things, but you surpass them all.” Charm is deceptive, and beauty is fleeting; but a woman who fears the LORD is to be praised. Proverbs 31:28-30
You don’t need permission, but sometimes I believe we just want someone to tell us that it is ok to go for it. So, I am giving you permission to go for it. Whether it is a dream, time for yourself, your health, or just setting boundaries…I give you permission.
Challenge: This week I want you to live boldly. Make you the choices that you have been wanting to make. At least one thing this week.
Quote: “You have the life you are willing to put up with.” Gary John Bishop
So many of us continue to live with choices that aren’t giving us the life we want. We continue to complain and blame others. We spend time on things that are wasteful, that suck our energy, or just help us continue the negative cycle.
When will you choose something else? You own the power to choose.
Challenge: Repeat the mantra, “I get to choose” over and over. And, make a choice this week that you have been wanting to do, but you have been avoiding.
Quote: “You have the life you are willing to put up with.” – Gary John Bishop
Are you just preaching and lecturing your kid, but not actually living your life that way? Get honest with yourself. We need to become aware, and grow as a person as well. Our kids need to see us learn from mistakes, make better choices, and own it when we are wrong. If you really want to influence your kids, pay attention to what you are giving them an example of.
Challenge: Be the example you want your kids to be.
Resource: Grow up: Becoming the parent your kids deserve.
I do believe that every challenge, mishap, mistake, or resistance that we experience, its a test for us. We decide if we are going to grow and learn, or if we are going to react with negativity. Will you adapt, shift, solve the problem, and keep going? Or will you complain, blame, and remain in the circle of self-doubt, and wanting to give up?
This is the point where life can completely begin to change if you decide to grow, pivot, and learn from what is going on.
Challenge: Pay attention to your challenges this week. How are you responding?
Quote: “Every excuse buys you another moment in your lifelong commitment to the victim club.” – Gary John Bishop

After eating healthy for several years, she realized eating real food was only a small part of the healthy living equation. As a hairstylist and esthetician, she became aware of all the harmful chemicals she was constantly being exposed to. She went on a journey to transform her conventional products over to clean products. This led her to start sharing with others what she had learned. Fast forward 10 years later, and her mission to help others live out a clean lifestyle has only grown!
