  • The Art of Reciprocity: How to Be Mindful of Self & Others
The art of reciprocity is something that can be done amongst individuals who understand the art of mindfulness. When it comes to sharing energy, it is important to have a healthy balance of knowing when to share, how to share and why not to. At times, we develop relationships with others that are unbalanced and find ourselves overwhelmed. You may be overwhelmed because you are burnt out, you may not be getting the same attention back, or you may be used to never hearing no. Not every yes means you are loved nor does every no mean you are hated. Boundaries are there to protect both you and the other person or people in mind. Let's talk about reciprocity, mindfulness, toxic habits of energetic exchanges; and how to set healthy boundaries for yourself and others.
