We may not  be able to express our freedoms out in the world with this lock down but never let your mind feel locked away. We have much to live for so don't let life stop you from being you. In this podcast I talked about how I struggled and the tough times and moments that I  had gone through. I wanted this episode to be like this and talking about mental health so that other teenagers and kids could dive into 2021 knowing they are not alone and there will always be positives.

In my very first official episode of Hear Me Out, I talk about the New Year  as it is soon to come and what I'm hoping will happen. I also give a little preview as one might say to how my 2020 went and how the Lockdown has affected us all specifically talking about teenagers and young people.  The further you listen in the more funny stories of my experiences you'll hear and ways I think will help keep us positive in the future in case another lockdown or something likewise happens and even if it does it can still be useful.
